SUSTAINABILITY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
During the 2020-2021 academic year, from the many applications received for the Sustainability Fellowship Program, 11 fellowships were awarded based on rigorous criteria, totaling $15,000.
About the Sustainability Fellowship
The support provided through this program lowers financial barriers to student success and enhances participation in career-building opportunities by broadening the partnerships that Georgia State faculty and staff have with sustainability-related organizations in the Atlanta metropolitan region.
Students are part of a cohort experience whereby they engage as ambassadors for sustainability through fellowship activities and additionally build skills by doing career-focused deliverables. The program is funded by Georgia State's Sustainability Office and coordinated by the Department of Geosciences, but students from all majors are encouraged to apply. See below to gain more information about the program and how to apply.
